A full spare part service is available for purchase of parts for our entire machine line. Our spare parts warehouse stocks wear and tear items for immediate delivery. We are able to source parts for machines assembled over thirty years ago. Updating kits are also available to modernize machinery which are of an older generation

Machine re-furbishing and up-dating
A combined staff of after-sales, production and sales personnel will help you during your stay at our premises to accept machinery which you have purchased. Our quality control laboratory is at your complete disposal to carry out dimensional and destructive tests that your can or lid may require.

Training courses on site/at our premises
Our technical staff will guide your production/maintenance staff at our/your premises through a full training program. Our training program includes production set-up, maintenance procedures, trouble-shooting and fault-finding for both mechanical and electronical applications..

Machine acceptance and trials at PIM-Cevolani

Installation /Layout supervision /Start-up /Commissioning
The after-sales service technicians supervise installation, production line layout, start-up and training. This service is available with purchase of complete machine lines or with purchase of stand-alone machines.

CTA: Cevolani Tele-Assistance / Trouble-shooting
Our modem machine line can be equipped with modem connections and special machine programs. This will allow our electronic staff to enter your machine and fault-find or update your machine program.

CCA: Cevolani Contractual Assistance / Maintenance
Our after-sales service staff can customize a service contract to fit your service and maintenance needs covering the calendar year. The visits can be used either for mechanical, electronic or for processing purposes. The number of visits can be suggested by our staff and whatever you deem necessary to optimize your production.

On-site Trouble-shooting and Repair-work
Our electronical or mechanical technicians can be on site in an emergency situation in 24-48 hours depending on your location
